SalonScale Goes To ISSE Long Beach

Imagine the first day of High School. You are going to a new school and most of your friends decided to to go to another school. You walk in for the first day of school. It’s the biggest school you’ve ever been too and for a brief moment in time you ask yourself, “how is this going to go”?

That was kind of like the feeling of walking into ISSE Long Beach for the first time. Walking by all these massive manufacturers, you start wondering, “how is it possible that people will notice us amongst all this”?

But it couldn’t have turned out better. Not only did the vision of the booth come to life, but we had such amazing feedback. Everyone that walked by was not only in love with our little space, but they were intrigued by what we were doing. In just 3 days we had a conversion rate of 27%. Not only did we realize (we already knew) that our industry needs us, but they have been WAITING for something like this. It is overdue. The feedback from people we spoke with

was almost all identical. The first words that came out of their mouths were always “WOW” or “this is genius”. The reactions were the best part for us because it just confirmed what we already believe in.

We are now heading into our second trade show in March with IBS in New York City with confidence and even more excitement than before.
