Preparing Your Device to Connect

STEP 01

In your main device settings, ensure the Bluetooth connection is switched on.

STEP 02

Sign into the SalonScale mobile app using your phone or tablet.

STEP 03

In the SalonScale App, navigate to your profile tab. Then select “settings” and ensure your Bluetooth switch is toggled on.

You are now ready to create a session using the Bluetooth Scale!

Once you have selected your client and added the products you wish to measure, ensure you are on the Bluetooth weighing mode in the bowl screen and that the scale is turned on.
Tip: Make sure the scale is resting on a flat surface and within range of your tablet or mobile device.

The following message should appear the first time your device tries to connect. Click “OK” and you are ready to start measuring using the Bluetooth scale!

If you see this message on your weigh screen instead, click the prompt to open your device settings and ensure that Bluetooth is toggled on. When you navigate back to the app you will now be able to use the Bluetooth Scale.
